Today we want to wish Chris a well-deserved farewell as he takes the next step in his journey. As our Base Pilot Supervisor, Chris has played a vital role in the day-to-day operations of this base—keeping things running smoothly, supporting the crew, and always leading with professionalism and integrity.

His leadership, work ethic, and commitment to the mission have made a lasting impact on all of us, and he will truly be missed here. While it’s never easy to say goodbye, we’re excited for him as he starts this new chapter and makes his move across the country.

Best of luck, Chris, and thank you for everything you’ve done for this base. Once a part of the team, always a part of the team. Safe travels and blue skies ahead. 🚁

Before you venture into areas where wildlife is present, Air Evac Lifeteam wants you to keep safety top of mind. Use these tips for staying safe during hunting season:

• Tell a friend or family member where you are and when you plan to return.
• Check the weather before you leave.
• Familiarize yourself with the terrain.
• Dress and pack appropriately.
• Carry a First Aid kit and familiarize yourself with how to use it.
• Always be aware of your surroundings and stay alert of what others are doing.
• Clearly identify your target before discharging your firearm.

The more of these precautions you follow, the safer your hunting trip will be!
