We offer a welcoming safe space for all, where individuals can cultivate mindfulness, find balance in their lives, and foster community through yoga, movement and meditation. We offer group classes 7 days a week, including yoga for fitness, yoga for relaxation, meditation, kids yoga, yoga for back pain/health, vinyasa style yoga, hatha style yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, and gentle yoga. We also offer private group classes, in studio or at a location of your choice, great for bachlorette parties, employee team building events, or kids birthday parties. 1-on-1 private sessions for beginners or to deepen your practise are also available.

You won't want to miss this opportunity to flow with us along the rows of blooming dahlias at Green Willow Gardens Flower Farm.

Wednesday September 10th 6-7:30pm
One hour yoga session with Kim followed by a bloom bar.
After yoga, create your own flower arrangement fresh from the flower farm to bring home with you!
Select from a variety of farm-fresh stems to design your own custom arrangement. Buckets of flowers and foliages will be provided for you to choose from. Snip, style, and arrange as you like. All tools are provided. If you'd like some guidance, Erin is happy to help. If you prefer to create on your own, that's welcome too!

Registration is required and will close 2 hours before the start of the event.
*Please bring your own mat for this event, extra mats will not be available

Join Erin for a 1 hour Donation Based Community yoga session at Maple Lake Amphitheatre for Wine & Harvest Fest!
100% proceeds to benefit a Lydia's Closet. Please bring a clean, gently used item/items to donate, they are currently accepting the following items:
-Men's, Women's and Children's Coats
-Hats
-Gloves
-Scarves
-Snow Pants
-Snow Boots
-Sweaters
-Warm Winter Clothes

We will move our bodies, find what feels good, all levels are welcome. The class will include both static holds and flowing sequences of movement, all done with an emphasis on connecting breath with movement.
Throughout the class, the instructor will guide students in proper alignment and offer modifications to suit individual needs and abilities. The class will end with a period of relaxation, and a guided meditation.

Beginners & Advanced are welcome! Ages 13+, minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a yoga mat, or blanket/beach towel, water bottle and dress for the weather 🙂
