So here we go with sinus season. Coconut oil is a great way to help keep your nose hairs clean, I nasal swab with organic cold press coconut oil because it's antifungal and antibacterial. Put the oil on now end of the q-tip and use the other end to wipe away excess oil.

Hello friends, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.
The only thing I hate more then wearing a mask is forgetting it in the truck and having to go back and get it, LOL. Your mask tip for the day is break out your ESSENTIAL OILS! I put one drop on the left and one on the right under where your nostril is on the mask. Usually I use immunostimulants but due to the fact that the world we live in is fighting a virus I starting using antiviral oils (grapefruit is my fav of the month). I am not giving you medical advice just my personal opinion, like always when it comes to essential oils do your own research.

Hello wellness family. I have not forgot about you. FB had my page froze for a couple of months and I was asking people to leave reviews but on my end my page was froze.
