Hello all !

I wanted to come on here and reach out to all my clients who follow me on Facebook and make a little announcement. My 10 years of being a massage therapist is quickly approaching and I’ve been doing a lot of reevaluating lately. I realize that over the past few years I have been getting a little out of touch with why I became a massage therapist in the first place . So it’s time to start restrengthening my roots with my holistic approach to bodywork and not just the sports massage approach. With that being said, I am going to be focusing more on a heart centered and healing based massage practice again. Using my reiki training again more -and incorporating it in my massages, to those open to receive.
I myself have forgotten how much I dislike the term no pain no gain. And how giving a deep tissue massage doesn’t mean causing pain to myself and my clients. Even if it’s what they think is beneficial. It is a true honor to work with every single one of you on your healing journeys, and I look forward to many more years of being apart of your lives!
