MEDcare was proud to host our 3rd Annual Pizza at the Park Party to celebrate and honor the incredible lifeguards who keep our beaches safe all summer long. Our Story

Coastal Urgent Care and Family Medicine provides timely medical care to both residents and visitors to the Litchfield and Pawleys Island area. Coastal Urgent Care and Family Medicine provides physician telemedicine coverage, 5 days a week.

We specialize in treating a variety of ailments including colds, flu, earaches, hypertension, lacerations, asthma, bronchitis, skin infections and growths, muscle sprains, prescription refills, urinary tract infections, sun burns and many others. We also have vaccines, including the pneumonia and flu. We perform complete work physicals.

We will do our very best to accomodate our patients on the same day as you request. Please understand that an unexpected surge in patient requests may require that an appointment might be delayed until the next practice day. Call 888 467 1117. FAX 855 786 6996
