🧼✨ It’s National Handwashing Awareness Week!
At Valley Family Health Care, we’re reminding everyone that the simplest habits make the biggest difference in keeping our communities healthy.

Proper handwashing helps prevent the spread of germs, protects loved ones, and keeps our clinics and communities strong. 💙

Remember the basics:
👏 Wash for at least 20 seconds
🚰 Use clean, running water
🧴 Don’t forget thumbs, fingertips, and between fingers
👐 Dry with a clean towel or air dryer

Stay healthy this season — wash your hands often!
