Our office will be closed 3-20-23 and temporarily moving due to a small contained fire. A crew is cleaning up the damaged areas. We will be answering phones at 208-642-3396. The practitioners will be doing televisits and in person visits to continue providing healthcare to our patients. And all our staff will be working remotely or from the temporary location. Thank you for your patience with us during this time!
