Unfortunately, with our recent office move Banner Aetna determined that we needed to complete more credentialing in order to be a Tier 1, so we were moved to a Tier 2. We did everything asked of us and were told we should return to Tier 1 after the first of the year; however, were just informed that it has been delayed and now will be late spring-summer before we may (or may not) be given Tier 1 status once again. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and added expense this causes for our fabulous patients with this insurance plan. Feel free to reach out to your insurance plan if you have additional questions. 🥲
