Our brains don’t know the difference between fact and fiction, so the words we choose become the energy we live in. When we speak gently to ourselves, our chemistry shifts, stress melts, and the body feels safer to heal, strengthen, and open. Sound healing came into my life during a difficult time, when I needed to slow down, reconnect, reset, and heal. After my very first sound and breath experience, I knew it was something I wanted to keep exploring and learning. That path led me to incorporate sound healing into my daily life, and eventually, I became a sound healing practitioner myself.

What started as something deeply personal naturally became something I wanted to share with clients, loved ones, friends…everyone. Sound healing has become a meaningful part of my life and my practice. I’ve seen it transform my life, and the lives of so many others.

Sound works on the body, mind, and soul through vibration. Certain tones, frequencies, and rhythms can help release tension, restore balance, and bring the nervous system into a state of calm. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to harmonize your energy, support healing, and quiet the mind.

It’s a way I can create, connect, and offer something truly restorative. It’s brought me so much peace, and I love being able to share that and give back. 🤍

First, I want to say how grateful and blessed I feel for my all wonderful clients and the people who support me. It’s been a while since I’ve been active on here, and I wanted to share some exciting (and important) updates with you!

The first piece of news I’m super excited about… WE’RE MOVING! 📦

Don’t worry, it’s close by and just up the road!

Starting October 6th, all appointments will be in the new space. I will send the new address to all my clients as they book or have scheduled sessions with me. Same care, same intention, just a new home and a place with room to grow, to follow my passions, and to continue offering a professional and healing environment.

A few other Important updates:

* Hours of Operation- New Hours: Monday-Wednesday 10 AM - 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM - 5 PM, Friday 10 am - 5 PM, Saturday & Sunday CLOSED.
After Hour Sessions may be requested.

* Pricing You can see the new rates on my website (easy access in my bio). Clients you will receive a email with new pricing and a copy of the updates.

* At this time, I’m not accepting new clients. However, I will gladly accept REFERRALS from current clients.

When I was a little girl, I’d lay in my mother’s lap as she gently traced my face. It’s one of my most peaceful, comforting memories. Each time I massage a client’s face, I’m reminded of her sweet soul and do my best to pass a bit of that peace along. 🤍
