Molly is such an amazing resource in the industry. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to learn from and train with her! I am so excited to start offering Acuscope/Myopulse sessions soon as I am now officially ATS Certified! Thanks for the shout out and video for how this compliments chiropractic care!

What does it look like to work with me?!

Let's start the year off with some basic Q & A's.

Here is the process:

You message the office at 801-896-7877 and provide your location and appointment inquiry.

We let you know schedule availability for your area and you get to pick which day and time is convenient for a home visit or barn call!

Intake forms are sent via email, so there is no time wasted on paperwork at your appointment.

The day of your visit arrives and I will travel right to you so your pup or pony will be most comfortable in their own space!

I will perform a head to tail examination and applicable adjustments for your animal.

Then we can chat needed exercises and care plan. We can come up with the plan that is a great fit for your animals, your schedule, and your budget!

Have more questions still??? Feel free to reach out and we can help your animal get started with care ā¤ļøā¤ļø

Every year in business, I peel back another layer. Layers of me, layers of life, layers of business models.

If you haven’t been with me for the last five years, you might be surprised to hear that I started as a brick-and-mortar clinic. I quickly found that I was getting more mobile calls than I could handle and scaled the clinic down to just two days per week. What a great problem to have, right?

Then the mobile side grew extensively. I was traveling 7–8 hours round trip for large groups, leaving at 4am or getting home at 1am because there was always someone who needed to be added. What a really great problem to have, right!?

Then I had babies and took time off. I came back to an intimidating waitlist with constant ā€œWhen are you coming back to my area?ā€ messages. My only honest answer was six weeks for longer distances, even when people needed to be seen ASAP.

New year. New goals. New problems. New pivots.

This year, my goal is more work-life balance. More family time. And more consistent availability for my wellness clients.

For the time being, I’ll be focusing on areas that are most convenient and sustainable: Utah County, Juab, and Sanpete. I will still travel to Weber, Salt Lake City, and Sevier 1-2x per month if I can, but availability will be limited. Realistically, I don’t have the capacity to take on new patients while still providing the quality of care my current clients deserve.

Every pivot in my practice tugs at my heart a bit. Especially knowing there are people I’ll have to turn away or areas I won’t be traveling to like I have in the past. Please know these decisions are made with a lot of thought and care.

Thank you all for your continued support. I appreciate your referrals more than you know. If you need a referral, please message me. I work closely with other great doctors and am happy to help connect you with someone in your area.

Finishing off client Christmas cards!
(If you don't receive one, I most likely have your barn address and not a home address!)

I love doing this every year and taking a little recap stroll through all of my appointments. It's so fun to see people that have been with me for 5 years, it's fun to see when a family has over 70-100 visits with me. It's fun to remember the family additions (both human and animal) that I have gotten to be a part of. It's always an honor and a pleasure to see each and every one of you!

Let’s have an honest conversation about animal obesity.

This is not in any way to shame owners. I know that most obese animals are actually loved too much through human food and treats. Just last week I saw a dog 30 lbs over weight and a horse 200 lbs over weight with similar issues.

When an animal carries extra weight, every single step loads their joints, stresses their spine, and forces their muscles to work overtime. As an animal chiropractor, I see the effects immediately:
• shortened stride
• tight, overworked muscles
• painful compensations
• decreased range of motion
• faster joint degeneration

And here’s the tough truth ā¬‡ļø
Chiropractic care can help… but it can’t overpower chronic excess weight.
Adjustments give relief, but the body is still fighting uphill if it’s carrying more than it was built for.

The heaviest cost? Longevity.
Overweight animals live shorter lives, sometimes by years. Their joints break down faster, inflammation rises, mobility drops, and their quality of life fades long before it should.

But here’s the hopeful part:
✨ Weight loss is one of the most powerful ā€œtreatmentsā€ for their comfort and lifespan.
Paired with chiropractic care, appropriate exercise, and smart nutrition, the results are incredible. Happier movement, less pain, better adjustments, and longer, more vibrant lives.

This isn’t about blame.
It’s about giving them the best chance to live as long and comfortably as possible!

This week's mood: got greeted by a welcome mat that said,
ā€œThe dogs only bark at ugly people.ā€
I don’t know who’s funnier, my clients or their dogs?
Either way, I’m winning in the client department šŸ˜‚

✨ Exciting News! ✨
I just wrapped up two incredible weeks in California completing my ATS Acuscope & Myopulse training with Equinessence And WOW, my brain (and heart) are full after seeing and hearing what the possibilities are!

These FDA-approved microcurrent systems are absolute game changers for tough cases as well as wellness expansion. From wound healing, to soft tissue rehab, to performance maintenance, I learned advanced techniques that will take my care to an entirely new level.

I now just have to complete my examination process to finalize my full certification and I’m so close! šŸ™Œ

The best part? These systems pair beautifully with chiropractic care, giving me powerful, precise tools to help the body repair, balance, and perform at its best. ⚔🐓

I’m so excited for what’s coming next.
2026 is going to be AMAZING… stay tuned! šŸ’›

āļø Animal Chiropractic: It’s More Than Just the Spine ✨

When most people think ā€œchiropractic,ā€ they picture the spine…
But in animals, the entire body works as one connected system, that’s why I assess and adjust both the spine and the extremities at every session (if possible.)

Here’s whyšŸ‘‡

šŸ”¹ Movement starts at the feet
A horse’s stride or a dog’s gait is influenced by how their hooves/paws, joints, and soft tissues absorb impact. If a knee, hock, or shoulder, are not moving correctly, the spine will always compensate.

šŸ”¹ Extremity issues create spinal issues
Tight shoulders, sore hocks, or uneven loading in the legs can cause compensation through the body.
You can adjust the spine all day, but if the limb problem isn’t addressed, the issues will keep occurring.

šŸ”¹ Performance + comfort depend on whole-body function
Athletic horses and active dogs rely on clean joint motion from nose to tail. When every joint moves freely, the nervous system communicates clearly, muscles fire correctly, and movement becomes smoother and more efficient.

šŸ”¹ A balanced body = a happier, healthier animal. Better posture, fewer compensations, improved mobility, and a more comfortable animal overall.

✨ Spine + extremity adjustments = full-body chiropractic care.
Because your horse or dog deserves to move, feel, and perform at their very best, every step of the way!
