Payson Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Payson, Arizona. It is also adjacent to many physicians' offices and pharmacies.

Beautifully clothed by the Tonto National Forest, Payson, Ariz., is home to one of the state's premier providers of senior health care, Payson Care Center. With over 20 years of service to the Rim County community, our nursing home facility offers total elderly care. Residency affords many advantages, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, physical, occupational and speech therapies. The nursing home campus is conveniently located opposite Payson Regional Medical Center. Entertainment and recreation options are also plentiful: the Shoofly Indian Archaeological Site, Payson Exotic Zoo, Museum of the Forest and Tonto Natural Bridge are just a few.

🧠 This progressive brain disorder is perhaps most well known for causing tremors, but other symptoms include loss of vocal volume, sleep disruptions, stiffness, and balance issues, among others.

Thankfully, there are ways to improve Parkinson's symptoms! 😀 Our therapy team offers rehabilitation services to help improve mobility, range of motion, function, and speech for those living with PD. Call us to see how we can support you or your loved one.

What does Occupational Therapy look like❓

It looks like someone practicing how to button a shirt again. 👔 Rebuilding the strength and dexterity to hold a coffee cup. ☕ Rehearsing the motions to prepare a simple meal and learning to use a reacher to safely pick things up without bending 🫳.

During Occupational Therapy Month, we’re celebrating the amazing therapists who help our rehab patients rebuild confidence, independence, and the skills that make daily life meaningful. 🫶
