I spent years doing what was expected. Serving, supporting, staying quiet in rooms where I had something powerful to say.

But something shifted.

The healer in me couldn’t keep shrinking.
The coach in me couldn’t keep watching others stay stuck.
The soul in me couldn’t keep pretending that normal was enough.

✨ Lunar Eclipse Reflections: I’m Ready to Receive ✨

Last night, I tried to go to bed early. I told myself, “Rest. You have a big day tomorrow. You’re going to be moving a lot of energy.” But Spirit had other plans.

Ideas were flooding in.. not just ideas, but medicine. And I realized that the version of the Fairy Garden Workshop I thought I was going to deliver was expanding in real time. At 3AM, I found myself printing new worksheets, adding tools, and preparing to offer deeper healing.

It all worked out because it always does. That’s what I’m learning to trust.

This eclipse season has me reflecting on the many times my life has been redirected , torn apart, rerouted, stripped and every single time, it led to greater alignment. It didn’t feel good in the moment. But it made room for more.

🌙 I’ve realized I’m no longer scared of being broken. I’m scared of not using what I’ve been given.
🌙 I want to share my medicine but only with those who are truly ready for it.
🌙 I don’t want to perform. I want to exist. And be supported for showing up fully as myself.

This is my declaration:
• I want to serve those who are ready to rewrite their patterns.
• I want to guide students and parents through the education system.
• I want to lead healing workshops that integrate science, soul, and self-worth.
• I want to rest when I need to.
• I want to be financially free without betraying my authenticity.

And I want a life where I don’t have to ask permission to be alone, be loud, be still, be bold, or be held.

So tonight, I’m honoring my willingness.
I’m clearing the fear.
And I’m calling in the clarity, partnerships, opportunities, and abundance that support the life I’m already living in my heart.

I know I’m not for everyone. And that’s okay.

But if you’ve been watching me from afar, if you’ve been wondering if it’s safe to start over, to get organized, to heal, to feel, to reclaim your gifts, to rise after it’s all fallen apart this is your sign:

🌿 You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

Let’s walk this road together.
And let’s stop asking for permission to live fully.

🌿✨ Healing in Tiny Gardens ✨🌿

Today, seven beautiful souls gathered for the Fairy Garden Workshop and what we created was so much more than succulents and soil.

We talked about boundaries, programming, neuroplasticity, and how our thoughts shape our emotions… and our emotions shape our reality.

I shared that we may not control the first thought that pops in but we get to decide whether we give it a blanket and hot chocolate or show it the door. ☕🧠

We practiced tuning into the language of the body, learning how our nervous system speaks, and how to lovingly listen.

We explored:
✨ How to unplug from old programming
✨ The difference between guilt and shame
✨ How to neutralize negative memories
✨ Reclaiming our energy from others’ expectations
✨ And above all how to remember we matter.

These little gardens became mirrors living reflections of the seeds we get to plant when we stop surviving and start tending to ourselves.

To everyone who came: thank you for your presence, your openness, your stories, and your healing.
To those who felt the pull but couldn’t make it you.. were felt. And there’s always space for you at the next one.

🧚‍♀️ Because healing can be playful.
🌸 It can be rooted.
🌿 And it can start with a single pot and a whole lot of love.

Tomorrow is the Fairy Garden Workshop at Noley’s, and my heart is so full. I just finished setting up the space, every table, every plant, and every crystal has been infused with one prayer:

💫 That you feel Free. Safe. Loved. Seen to simply be and worthy of making yourself a priority.

This isn’t just a craft class it’s a sacred invitation to nurture the parts of you that are tired of performing, fixing, or holding it all together. It’s a space to soften. To receive. To remember that you come first. It’s a gentle reminder that you are allowed to bloom. 🌸

🎬 Small Town Superpowers ✨

I woke up overwhelmed with gratitude today just really taking in how beautiful life feels right now. The trees. The people. The quiet kindness of this small town I now call home. 🌲💛

Instead of staying in bed, I took myself on a solo date to the movies watched Superman at the sweet little local theater. I had popcorn, a soda (a rare treat!), and a smile on my face the whole time.

The employees were so kind, asking how I liked the movie and chatting like old friends. I stayed after the credits (Marvel fans, you know the deal 😄), and it hit me again: this town feels like community… if you choose to see it that way.

Part of healing is allowing joy. Creating your own rituals. Taking yourself on dates. Saying yes to new connections. Tonight I’ll be heading to a tarot class with some members of the Conscious People of Payson Group, I love learning and honestly? It’s the kind of day I’ve always dreamed of living.

A day with no agenda but presence. A day of celebrating all the work I’ve done without rushing into what’s next.

✨One workshop at a time. One activation at a time. One sacred pause at a time.✨

People often ask me… How do you hold space for so many people without burning out? Without carrying their pain?

And the truth is… I didn’t always know how.

Years ago, I would absorb everything. I thought being a healer meant carrying someone else’s pain so they didn’t have to. I’d stay too long, give too much, and feel guilty for ever walking away. I was exhausted, drained, and often sick… and still wondering if I’d done enough.

But healing taught me something powerful:

I am not here to save anyone.
I am here to activate what already lives within them.

Now I teach others what I had to learn the hard way.
☑️ How to clear energy instead of absorbing it
☑️ How to stay open-hearted without being wide open
☑️ How to protect your field and move energy through you, not into you
☑️ And how to lead without losing yourself

Because we can’t teach what we don’t live. And we can’t activate others if we’re running on empty.

Today, I’m honoring the energy that moved through yesterday’s workshop. I’m sending love to every soul who showed up, released, remembered, and reclaimed.

This work is ongoing. It’s layered. It’s sacred.
And we do it one workshop, one breath, one brave decision at a time.
