Arizona Care Hospice is committed to providing quality care for patients faced with a life-limiting illness. We believe that every moment matters and our approach to care is guided by creating opportunities for patients and families to fully enjoy and experience life's final moments.

In addition to professional experience, many of Arizona Care Hospice’s staff have also been family members and care givers of those faced with a life-limiting illness; they have had first-hand experience of the challenges that can be associated with discussing end-of-life care options with loved ones, and that often accompany making the decision to choose hospice over curative medical treatments as a care option.

Arizona Care Hospice opened in Fountain Hills in August 2015, expanding into the Payson area in November 2016. With a combined 40+ years of experience in healthcare however across our staff however, Arizona Care Hospice is uniquely qualified to provide the unparalleled care for patients and families.
