Hello Friends:

What motivates us to step onto a path of healing?

Dissatisfaction with life, not getting the things we want, relationships that aren’t working.

Some people step onto the healing path because they are depressed, anxious, angry, and can’t seem to get a handle on behaviors and feelings that are destructive and self-sabotaging.

But what is the true end goal of all this healing work and therapy we are doing?

Unless you know your destination, you aren’t going to know how to get there.

Perhaps you just want more control of emotional outbursts.

To connect more with your partner, friends, children.

To connect more with yourself. To be authentic and real without fear.

Confident, Calm, Creative, Hopeful, Inspired, Patient, Playful...
These characteristics, and many more, are embodied in the true Self.

The real end goal of all healing is to get connected to that part of you that is more real than real. That has access to these gifts.

People find what they are looking for when they connect with what is most authentic in themselves. When they connect with Self with a capital “S.”

And to connect with the big Self, we must heal the small “self.”

So that’s the end goal folks. Heal the small parts and uncover the truth of You. Your authentic voice, your gifts, your creativity, your peace and calm.

JOIN US FOR A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY!

The Self Discovery Journey is an online group program supporting the process of Self-discovery, wholeness, and authenticity through connection with the true Self, sacred plant essence remedies, and parts work.

These group coaching sessions will include short online lessons, IFS meditations, and other mindfulness practices that will help you to explore your “internal system” and show up with compassion to help your internal “parts” heal, transform, and become integrated into wholeness and spiritual connection.

This program includes twelve 1.5-hour live online sessions, twice a month on Tuesdays, running July through December 2024.

Choose Group II for sessions beginning 7-23-24 that include both men and women.

If you need a women’s group, choose Group I. Group I started on 6-4-24, and runs June through November; but you can access previous recorded sessions online and join us live for sessions going forward.

Yes, you can take responsibility for your feelings. But it's okay to avoid or remove yourself from an environment or situation that is triggering, doesn't feel emotionally safe, and doesn't offer authentic connection. ❤️

is collecting and distributing warm clothing to help save lives during the coldest months of the year.

WHAT WE NEED
Coats, hats, scarves, gloves, socks, blankets, and sleeping bags for adults.

Please donate only items clean and in good condition.
Put your items in a securely tied garbage bag and drop them off at one of our collection locations.

OTHER ITEMS
You can also donate non-perishable, individually pre-packaged food items such as granola bars, fruit leather, jerky, nuts, etc. to be distributed along with the clothing.
