Trust yourself — only you know where you’re going.

03/20/2026

You don’t need another strategy.
You don’t need more advice.

You need access to yourself.

Most people don’t trust themselves…not because they can’t—but because no one ever taught them how.

So they keep looking outside for answers.
Taking advice from people who’ve never walked that path.

At some point…you realize the guidance you’ve been looking for has been with you the whole time.

You just have to learn how to hear it.

That’s the work I do.

I started crying in my bathtub over something I wasn’t even thinking about…

For a second my brain tried to do what brains do — and scanned the outside world looking for who ever was responsible for this feeling!

Trust if we found ‘em they’d get a piece of our mind.😆

But then I remembered my favorite thing about triggers. They don’t create create a reaction so you can control the behaviors of others.

They reveal the old ass program you’ve been running since you were eight — and honey it just don’t fit right anymore.

The reason it hurts isn’t “because they need to change in order for you to feel safe” — it hurts because that perspective doesn’t fit who you are now.

Imagine trying to wear your clothes from when you were eight years old — s**t would be awkward and uncomfortable!

That’s basically what it feels like trying to see the world through outdated programs (belief systems) — makes you feel low key awkward and uncomfortable.

When you understand that, uncomfortable emotions stop feeling like problems. They start feeling like information.

Your body isn’t attacking you. Your body is showing you the code it’s been running.

Almost like it’s asking: “Hey… this program has been shaping your experience for years.

Do you want to keep it? Or do you want to update the system?”

That’s why I’ve actually started to enjoy these moments. Because every time one surfaces, it’s an opportunity to consciously co-create a new version of myself.

Not by fighting my body…
But by trusting it.

So in that moment I just gave my body permission to process life on my behalf.

And sure enough… it did. Just as easily as it digested the lunch you just ate. It just does.

I posted the whole story in my Bio if you’re curious — Including the Belief Systems that came up, how I found them and what I did to process them.

When you trust the machine — you stop fearing the curves.

I was talking to a friend about dirt bikes the other day and it got me thinking about something.

When you don’t fully trust the machine you’re riding, you hold back.

You hesitate.
You second-guess yourself.
You don’t fully commit to the turn.

Not because the machine can’t handle it…but because you don’t trust it yet.

And it made me realize how true that is for life.

Most people aren’t afraid of the road. They just don’t trust the machine they’re riding.

For years I rode motorcycles with what I’d call basic skills. I picked things up from other riders along the way.

Some of those skills were solid.
Some of them were bad habits.
And bad habits don’t build confidence.

Then I went through Champ School and learned actual championship riding habits.

That took my confidence to the next level.
Now when the road gets technical, I don’t panic.

I trust the machine.
I trust my body.
I trust my skills.

And suddenly the curves become the best part of the ride.

Life works the same way.

The trust you have in your body is no different.

You’ve probably picked up a few basic skills along the way… and a few bad habits too.

And those habits shape how you navigate stress, uncertainty, and the twists and turns of life.

It’s not that you can’t handle the curves.

You just haven’t developed the championship skills yet that make them fun to ride.

That’s the work I do.

Helping people understand the machine they’re living in—how the mind, body, and nervous system actually work together—so they stop hesitating and start leaning into life.

Because once you trust the machine…the curves stop being something you fear.

They become the best part.

Are you building a life based on who you used to be — or who you actually are now?

03/08/2026

Motorcycle riders know something most people don’t.

If you stare at the obstacle…
you hit the obstacle.

It’s called target fixation.

And people do the same thing in life.

Constantly focusing on
what’s wrong
what might go wrong
what they’re afraid of.

That’s how you steer yourself straight into the ditch.

Negative emotions are your lane-departure warning system.

The closer you drift off course,
the more uncomfortable it feels.

So don’t panic.

Just adjust.

Look where you want to go
and ride the curve.

Just because it’s an old story doesn’t mean you have to keep telling it.

Quick upgrade: tell a new story in spite of the old one.

Negative emotions (stress, tension, anxiety) are indicators that this is the perfect opportunity to tell a new story in spite of the old one.

What old story are you done believing?!

03/05/2026

A belief system surfaced that said: “The world is out to get me.”

When I tuned into it, it felt like a Rolodex in my heart flipping through thousands of little reference cards — moments from life, stories from culture, things I absorbed from family, movies, society… just layers of evidence quietly reinforcing the same idea.

Not one specific event.
More like a background program the system had been running.

And here’s the thing about the body:

It organizes itself around the beliefs it’s running.

If a program says the world is hostile, the nervous system will constantly scan for proof. The body prepares to defend. Energy gets allocated to protection.

But during the session, another statement came through the solar plexus:

“I move easily and effortlessly through life toward the things that belong to me.”

That’s a completely different organizing instruction.

Instead of moving through life guarded and defensive, the system begins orienting toward trust, movement, and alignment.

And this is the part that excites me the most about this work.

It’s not about fixing something that’s wrong with you.

Most of the time, we’re simply discovering programs that were picked up along the way — beliefs absorbed from family, culture, fear, survival, and stories about how the world works.

When you find one, it’s not a failure.

It’s a moment of awareness.

A moment where you realize:

“Oh… this is a piece of the system I get to re-inform.”

And when the instructions change, the body reorganizes.

More energy becomes available.
Perception shifts.
The system relaxes its grip on protecting against something that was never inherently true.

Not broken.

Just updating the program.

Just so we’re clear… I didn’t disappear, I’m just in a season.

Right now, I’m pouring a lot into training a new sales team. When I get home, I want to be home—not stuck in a scroll hole or glued to a content plan.

So if it feels a little quiet over here, it’s not because I’m out of ideas—it’s because I’m living them.

This page isn’t about pumping out content just to stay visible. It’s about sharing from a place of alignment, intention, and real-time inspiration. And that takes a little breathing room.

I’m still creating behind the scenes.
I’m still building what’s coming next.
And when it’s time, you’ll feel it.

These women. This ride. This movement.

It’s more than motorcycles.
It’s about showing up—for yourself, for each other, and for the women carving their own lane in a world that wasn’t built with us in mind.

Every single one of these riders has shown up strong AF—through the chaos, the challenges, the long miles and early mornings—not just for themselves, but to hold space and raise the bar for every woman in this industry.

We don’t just ride together—we rise together.
And this is what it looks like when sisterhood takes the damn highway. 👊🔥

Here’s to the women who lead, support, uplift, and still find time to throw on a helmet and tear up the road like the legends they are.

Let’s keep making noise.
Let’s keep making space.
Let’s keep making history.
