This is Dr. Riley changing a Total Contact Cast on a diabetic patient. It is used for offloading ulcers on the foot to help them heal.
The casts are changed weekly and have special blocks on the bottom that allow you to be weight bearing on the cast.

Dr. Riley has a Certificate in Amputation Prevention and Wound Care from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. If you’re a diabetic, he will properly care for your feet and ankles!
