Does Knee Flexion Range of Motion Influence Quadriceps Hypertrophy?

Several studies compared full versus partial range of motion (ROM) during the leg press and found no clear advantage for full ROM in promoting quadriceps growth over 8 weeks. Results suggest that both approaches can be effective. emphasizes the importance of tailoring ROM to individual preferences and goals, and to help minimize pain.
