A reminder of the various services I offer:

* Massage: various modalities offered, including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Chair. Also, willing to come to you with chair. Great idea for spa party, bachelorette parties etc.

* Energy Work (Reiki and Polarity Therapy): In my office or distance healing available- meaning we schedule a time and you get comfy in your own home.

* Combo sessions: A blend of massage and energy work and or guided meditation.

* Readings: Individual, couples, group (party) available. Small groups in my office or I can travel to you for bigger parties. Great way to start off a girls night 😊 Online/e-mail readings are also available.

* Guided meditation with reiki and vision journaling Workshops

* Workshops/classes Spiritual Coaching/Guidance: Interested in exploring your intuition, meeting your spirit guides, learning to meditate or other topics- contact me to discuss with individual or small group.

Had our Christmas tree 🎄 farm pics taken by the amazing lucy.bennett.photography.

This year we didn’t get funny t-shirts- we stuck to comfy & Christmas colors.

But we brought the silliness with us- I don’t know how amy_dot_brogna deals with our shenanigans, but I’m very grateful she does and captures our antics for cherished memories.

An invitation into the workings of my mind 🤪

Here is the photo I submitted for the theme Different for Lucy Bennett Photography photo challenge.

And my explanation I sent with it:

Are you ready for my craziness? 🤪😂

This picture- it hits different. The different textures, the way the caterpillar cuts across the cement like an old fashion division symbol.

The caterpillar’s life and how if he makes it to the phase of creating a cocoon, once transformed how different his life will be- from wiggling on the ground to actually being able to take flight.

It's amazing and so cool to think about.

In remembrance of my lil pain in the a$$- his paw print 🐾and nose are forever with me. 💕

I know there must be some confusion with the name. Matty & I confused our artist as well at first as Matty has “Mitter” and I have Lu Lu Bean. But they are one and the same,

You see when we first brought him home as a sweet little kitty we named him Lucien. I nicknamed him Lu Lu Bean. As time went on and he developed his true personality and with our love of South Park- Lucien became Mitter- if you’re a South Park fan imagine Cartman yelling “no Mitter Kitty 🐈‍⬛ “ The cat and all of the dogs knew him as Mitter.

As much as he and I had a love hate relationship- and he was totally Daddy’s boy. He still will forever be my Lu Lu Bean.

May he be having the time of his life playing with his brother from another mother Nitro-

Though truth be told he still likes to play around here- but that’s a whole different story. 😉

As some of you may know, in 2018 I started planning Matty and my 10 year vow renewal. A whole 2 years before the actual celebration because it was going to be in Vegas and I wanted people who wanted to attend to plan accordingly.

Well, the universe had other ideas as COVID hit in 2020- and it just wasn’t in the cards.

Honestly, at the time I was disappointed but now I understand why- it was meant to happen at another time and place.

Fast forward to November 8th, last month, our 15 years of marriage and 20 being together celebrated and our vows renewed in one of my most favorite places. Ellen’s magical garden.

It was magical, the most beautiful Fall day, with our closest friends and family- (very intimate small gathering), and truly all about us and our love.

About as perfect as it possibly could be.

Thank you lucy.bennett.photography for not only attending but capturing some beautiful images. (Side note- not all of these are hers but I’ll be posting more of hers at a later date.)

When I look at this- there's a couple of things.

For one thing to me it's loud- if that makes sense.

Also, looking at it, I can hear the sounds of nature and water, the wind..
