Translucency brightened with composite!
This patient had super translucent edges on her front teeth, which made them appear less bright.
She liked the overall shape and color of her teeth, but just wanted them to be less “see through”.
With some well-camouflaged composite, we were able to keep the natural effects of her natural teeth and brighten her smile at the same time!!!

This is something I run into a lot. Sometimes we treat translucent teeth with a non-invasive veneer and other times we can treat it this way!
