It was a week filled with caring, collaborative, dedicated, and purposeful discussions as we explored leadership styles, tackled unique challenges, and worked together on strategic planning for 2025. The energy and commitment from everyone involved was truly inspiring!

New "My Mission Moment"! Meet Chelsey Berstler, our EVP of Personal Care Services, whose passion for making a difference inspires us every day. Growing up in a foster care home, Chelsey had 72 foster siblings, which gave her a unique, first-hand understanding of families needing extra support. Her mother’s work as a caregiver further deepened her commitment to this field, and she’s excited about the impact we can make together—transforming thousands of lives, both for those we serve and within our own team.
