It’s the season for being sick!!! Influenza, RSV, Rotavirus, colds, and that other word we all would rather forget.

Here are 3 of my favorites!! Have these on hand, send them with your kids to college and start immediately upon any symptoms. OR if you’ve been exposed use them for prevention.

🔹Looking for answers on what can be done to feel better, why the workouts don’t work for them anymore
🔹Looking for answers about sleep disturbances, recovery
🔹Noticing symptoms they never had: brain fog, palpitations, night sweats, hot flashes, weight gain, sensitivity to smell, anxiety issues
