Alexa’s science fair project. She wanted to do something that involved me ❤️.
The question:
How does food impact our blood sugar?
Will certain foods trigger a higher spike or not? Will the order we eat food have an impact?
We will find out!!

Who wants to join us? Females ages 40-50
We will likely cap it at 30 participants.

Glucose sensor can be obtained free typically. This is more than a project for my daughter, but it serves as a health effort into our own health.

Why do we not want Cholesterol as low as possible?

A client is struggling with anxiety/panic attacks and unfortunately ended up in the hospital with extensive testing. So when cholesterol is too low the body has difficulty with other systems.
Further lab testing showed:

Total Cholesterol 83!!! Yes…83. I’d love to see this at 183 so the adrenal system isn’t in such a compromised state.

What to do:
🔹Stop Statin
🔹Peptides to support adrenals
🔹Hormone support
🔹Strategies for stress reduction: morning light, box breathing, walks outside

It will be a slow recovery process, but I think some improvement is happening.
