We had an amazing yoga and sound bath retreat last weekend 9/22-24 at Elohee Retreat Center! 13 guests and 4 facilitators came together and enjoyed several great yoga classes, sound baths and breath workshop. Everyone seemed to leave happy and rejuvenated after a weekend of connecting, relaxing, excercise, hiking and music meditation. Highly recommend the sound bath by Helena LaBarbera of Spiritual Guidance and Healing. 
Such a great weekend and group!! Thank you Eve, Micki, and Elohee for a beautiful and well run retreat center!!
