Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never feel anxious, make mistakes, or need to unlearn old patterns. It means you’re learning how to hold space for all of it — growth and mistakes, anxiety and confidence, accountability and self-forgiveness.

Therapy can help you make peace with the “both/and” parts of life instead of feeling like you have to choose one. 💛

✨ You can grow and stumble.
✨ You can feel anxious and still show up.
✨ You can take responsibility and still forgive yourself.
✨ You can learn and unlearn, over and over again.
