Most people think recovery is just about stopping.
But what you replace it with… matters just as much.
One of the simplest ways to start feeling better—mentally and physically—
is movement.
Not perfection. Not a full workout plan.
Just movement.
A walk.
A short workout.
10–15 minutes to clear your head.
Because when you’re in early recovery, your brain is trying to reset.
And exercise helps speed that process up:
• Improves mood
• Reduces stress and anxiety
• Helps you sleep
• Gives you a natural “feel good” boost
It won’t fix everything overnight.
But it will make the process easier.
Start small. Stay consistent. Let it build.
If you’re in recovery—what’s something simple you’ve done that helped you feel better?
And if you’re just starting and don’t know where to begin…
message me.
We’ll figure it out together.
