The Systems Development Manager, based in Peachtree City, GA -or- Leiden, The Netherlands, will lead the activities related to the global software development at MediCapital rent. You have the responsibility to steer the development and implementation of new applications as well as the support and maintenance of our exciting once. To stay consistent with the ongoing changes, both internal as external, you will drive the documentation of the used methods and procedures. Of course, you will not do this alone, in this, you will be a driving collaboration with our users and in-house development team as well of selecting and driving a succession based model with (dedicated) freelancers such as developers, design application and system-based engineers. Leading this group, you can translate application specifications, testing and retesting of the software, technical information relating to software development in clear goals and achievements.
