Over the past couple of months, many of you have felt the ripple effect of me being out of the office more than usual — rescheduled appointments, last-minute changes, and time away that I don’t take lightly.
I wanted to take a moment to speak to you from the heart.
If you’ve been a patient of mine for any length of time, you know that I have always believed in people over profit. It’s why I will sometimes say no to a treatment, why I won’t recommend something unless I truly believe it’s right for you, and why every decision I make is rooted in honesty, integrity, and doing what’s best for you — not just in the moment, but long term.
That same belief doesn’t stop at the doors of the clinic.
Over the past couple of months, my mom has been dealing with some heart issues that have required more of my time and attention. And as much as I love being in the office — as much as I miss taking care of all of you — there are moments in life where you don’t question where you’re supposed to be. You just know.
This has been one of those moments for me.
I am so grateful for your patience, your understanding, and the grace so many of you have shown during this time. It has meant more to me than I can put into words.
The good news is we are expecting things to settle over the next few days, and I should be back in clinic later this week - finally back to normal — caring for you with the same attention, intention, and heart that you deserve.
Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to show up for my family the same way I strive to show up for each of you.
With sincere gratitude,
Trish
