I’ve shared this first picture before, but I wanted to zoom closer to my face. This was the moment of “I did it”!!I trusted my body, I trusted my decisions and I believed in myself. And I did it! I was safe, my baby was safe and I just pushed him out?!?

This moment was only possible because of the providers that poured into me during my pregnancy. The ones who encouraged me, believed in me. Who strengthened and stretched my body.

When they say it takes a village, they aren’t joking. I’m forever grateful for the chiropractors, pelvic floor therapist, mental health therapists, family, fitness coaches, mom friends, lifelong friends that each laid a hand on me during my pregnancies and postpartum experiences.

The small moments of support are often overlooked but have the biggest impact.

Two different births. Two different postpartum experiences. The common denominator? Kick ass support both times.

Come to Nurtured Momma this Saturday 10am to 12pm to get to know some of the team that supported me and who can support you!
