Forward Steps Counseling, LLC Rosonja Seay, EdS, LPC I work with women from all walks of life to explore some of their unique needs as they face various transitions.

Forward Steps Counseling, LLC emphasizes short-term counseling and focuses on solutions for situational issues of everyday life, particulary during troublesome transitional periods. Brief counseling will be used to help the client develop coping skills; thus, the client will be empowered to live a more productive and satisfying life. I counsel individuals and families as they face various transition periods in life such as marriage, birth, death, divorce, separation, parenting, college, career change, moving or health issues.
