This young, successful Cuban man in Miami was frustrated with his mouth. The only thing missing was his ability to smile confidently, and eat comfortably. Office scheduled me to come in and remove all mandibular/bottom teeth and place 6 immediate implants. Patient in process of receiving his fixed prosthesis.
Implants have been replaced in posterior maxilla to include bilateral sinus elevations.

This young lady was tired of her loose-fitting lower dentures. On a limited exam visit, I convinced her to add some implants to convert her denture into a screw retained prosthesis, same day! This was done without a surgical guide. Please, please note the excellent spacing and position of implants. We used L-PRF (patients blood) to assist in uneventful healing. We stayed friends 🙃

This patient had a rough few days. Before reaching me, her options given were to extract, graft, wait several months for implant placement followed by several additional months to allow for healing of the implant to receive dental implant. This left this pretty young lady desperate for a more expedited procedure. Of course, with minimal post operative pain or swelling.
I removed this sexy root (look at the curves;) and did an immediate implant following a conservative internal sinus lift. The patient left happy and is in process of receiving her final restoration.
