I am a licensed psychologist in private practice located in the offices of Parkway Psychotherapy and Wellness in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

There, I provide individual, couples, family and group therapy services, as well as psychological testing. I have great awareness and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic factors that influence disorders and treatment. Given this, I seek to find ways to remove barriers so that clients can receive the help they deserve. I focus on improving mental wellness, learning how to identify and manage

emotions, develop and maintain healthy relationships, and function more productively. A healthy mind is related to a healthy body. True heath and wellness cannot be reached without good mental health.

A month that focuses on the pressure to “show” love and buy gifts is stressful for some finacially and for others depressing as they don’t have that healthy relationship of love or they don’t have a companion to celebrate this holiday.

So…be cognizant don’t ask to many questions Spread love yourself in the form of notes to friends, candies in their mailbox, balloons on k***s, etc. Spread love in action and better yet DONT JUST WAIT FOR THE 14th do it all year round ❤️
