This weekend a client treated seven of her dearest friends to a private StreX restorative stretching session.

While they laid in stillness and darkness amongst the candlelight - you could just feel the bond amongst them.

Towards the end of the session - the poem “To all of my friends” by May Yang was read.

Here’s a snippet that sums up their connection ~

I know you.
I see you.
I hear you.
I love you.

Instead of rushing off to attend to “to-do’s” - they spent a few hours in the loft laughing, chatting and simply catching up.

Here’s a little snippet from Wednesday’s fusion class.

Why do we always incorporate various forms of push-ups or planks into our classes?

Because they’re a full-body exercise wrapped up in one.

The benefits include upper body strength, core stability, improved cardiovascular health, and enhanced posture and bone density.
