No!!! Eat the pulp! That's the most beneficial part!
You're literally wasting so much potential by throwing away the pulp! The pulp is full of fiber aka probiotics that your good bacteria aka probiotics(probiotics are in food, not your body, your body contains beneficial bacteria) eat to make post-biotics aka short chain fatty acids for your body to combat disease and cancer, boost your immune system, improve digestion, improve your brain through the brain-gut connection, improve your gut microbiome and so much more!
I approve this video but learn about what you're eating and wasting before doing so. You might be missing out or even hurting yourself!
