Check out the "story" section for a longer description! So many of us are depressed, anxious, overweight, living to eat versus eating to live, because we are not sharing our gifts with the world. We are not tapping into our true passions. Your passion is your purpose! The challenge is it takes a lot of courage and independent thought to live in what I call “your sweet spot.” Those of you who have

played tennis know what it feels like when the ball hits rigggght in the center of your racket. It sends a beautiful vibration through your handle and into your body as the ball flies across the court, hitting its target perfectly. This is what your soul feels like when you are living in your sweet spot. It’s exhilarating. It GIVES energy, versus takes energy. You are completely present in the moment. No negative thoughts drift in. Time, as it is indeed relative, shifts. It either slows down or speeds up, depending on the individual but for all of us the essence is enjoyment in the present moment. My mission for this page is to help you connect to YOUR gift, your passion, your purpose. To do this will require you to dig deep, to be brave, to ride out the uncomfortable and often painful points in your self-reflection/exploration process. If you're willing to do this, I can promise you this, it will be worth it. On the other side of this work, you will be transformed into the truest, purest version of Your BEST Self. You will feel a fire in your belly that inspires you and others. You will release the dead weight you carry from past pains and things outside of your control. A lot of this page's content is focused on your PHYSICAL health (nutrition and exercise). There truly is no separation between the physical can the psychological. Improve the body and the mind follows. Improve the mind and the body follow. One order of operation is easier than the other. Any guesses on which one that is? Improving the body is much easier than the mind, so that's where we begin. Simple health habits can be quite transformative because these habits spill into other compartments of your life as well, from relationships, to work, to personal development.
