Check out this easy Funfetti SunFit® Protein Plus cake recipe! 🍰

Ingredients:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup milk of choice
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ½ tablespoons oil of choice (Coconut, vegetable, etc…)
2 teaspoons sprinkles
2 tablespoons SunFit® Protein Plus

Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Once mixed combine wet with dry ingredients. Stir in sprinkles. Microwave for 90 seconds. Enjoy!

Healthy Vanilla Donuts for breakfast! Recipe from . I dipped mine in Vanilla Sunfit Protein and sprinkled freeze dried blueberries over it. Yum! Subbed sugar for monk fruit, this donut isn’t sweet at all, texture is perfect. We used namaste gluten free flour, almond flour and plantain flour since that was in the cupboard. Baked by Angelica!

Easy Butter chicken! Skinned and chopped chicken drumsticks. (Skin goes in the air fryer) Not to self: skinless boneless thighs next time.
I was just going to oil and season three and place them in the oven, but I saw yogurt in the fridge. Added a few scoops in the bag with 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice. This was for two drumsticks. Marinate for an hour or overnight. Added the whole bag to a pan to cook, added 1 Tbsp tamarind paste ( tomato paste works) it was yummy and even better the next day. Served with cilantro chutney.
Cilantro, cumin, ginger, oil, salt and lime juice.🥰

My veggie for the week is Radicchio! Have you tried it? It’s bitter, but the Chinese say: The best medicine is bitter !😊 Cooked with olive oil and apple cider, topped with toasted pine nuts. So yummy! I spread almond cream cheese on pizza crust and topped with the radicchio salad… Yum! Highly recommend toasting the pizza crust till it has a nice crunch.

Strawberry Vitashake Waffle Delight
I like making a thick spread out of Sunfit Protein or vitashake. Sometimes I add a banana, almond butter or chocolate chocolate chips.

I wanted to enjoy the Berry flavor so this one is:
1 Vitashake Packet
1/2 scoop Nuplus
7 drops of Sunny dew
Just enough water to blend it all, it gets thicker as it sits.
Spread on keto waffle and top with berries and crisped rice! Yummy!
