Our staff showed up ready to hunt, laugh, and enjoy a little friendly competition—and let’s just say… those eggs were not easy to find! 👀🥚

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing Maintenance team for hiding those eggs so well—y’all definitely understood the assignment! 😄👏

We are beyond proud to share some exciting news—Choctaw Health Center has been recognized on a national level!

🏆 The CHC Oracle Health Implementation Team and
🏆 Our SDPI (Special Diabetes Program for Indians) Team
have both received prestigious IHS Director’s Awards for the year of 2024.

Our Oracle Health Implementation Team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to successfully transition from RPMS to Oracle—modernizing our systems and strengthening the way we deliver care to our community. This was no small task, and their dedication, long hours, and commitment truly paid off.

Our SDPI Team continues to make a powerful impact by hosting engaging programs, challenges, and events that promote healthier lifestyles for our tribal members. From encouraging physical activity to supporting wellness journeys, their work is changing lives every day.

✨ We are especially proud that our SDPI team was able to attend in person to accept this incredible honor for their department and on behalf of the Oracle Implementation Team!
