My approach to therapy is not just about addressing symptoms—I believe in a holistic healing process that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. I am trained in brain spotting and working towards certification as an ADHD services provider. I am committed to serving individuals of all backgrounds and guiding them toward healing and self-discovery through collaborative work.
