🚨When to Seek Help: If you experience persistent jaw pain, limited movement, or symptoms that interfere with your daily activities, it’s time to talk to with us.

TMJ symptoms often go ignored or dismissed — but there are signs your body is telling you that something is off.

-Jaw pain or tenderness
-Clicking or popping sounds when opening your mouth
-Headaches or migraines
-Earaches or ringing in the ears
-Difficulty chewing or locking of the jaw

These symptoms may seem minor, but they can signal a deeper issue with your temporomandibular joint. Early diagnosis can prevent long-term discomfort and protect your oral health.

⬇️📚Energy low during study time? We know the drill - low energy has us reaching for caffeine drinks, but energy drinks are on an entirely different level! Even soda has high acidity and sugar.

🥤But it’s not just the sugar that’s a threat - did you know they are also high in acidity? Yup. Most energy drinks have a pH well below 5.5 which is the threshold of where enamel begins to erode. And while a can of soda can also be high in acidity, an energy drink still hits higher.

Quick stats for a 16oz energy drink:
-50+grams of sugar - spiking blood glucose and insulin levels
-Citric acid, phosphoric acid, and carbonation - all contributing to enamel erosion
-150-300mg of caffeine - that’s equal to 2-3 cups of regular coffee

✨🦷And even a sugar free version won’t eliminate the risks so be sure to stay on top of how many energy drinks your kiddo might be taking in on a daily level. Most of all? Brush after drinking one and if that’s not an option in the moment, drink some water afterwards to rinse.
