Last week, we proudly recognized and honor the men and women in blue who put their lives on the line every single day to protect our communities. 💙

During Police Week, we want to thank our law enforcement officers at Pearland Police Department , Friendswood Police Department , Alvin Police Department , and City of Brookside Village - Government for their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to keeping families safe. The work they do often goes unseen, but the impact they make is felt every single day.

From responding to emergencies to standing beside our community during difficult moments, these officers carry a responsibility that deserves respect and appreciation.

At Texas Emergency Care Center, we are grateful for the strong relationships we have with our local law enforcement agencies and proud to support those who serve and protect our community.

We recently had the opportunity to spend time with some amazing nurses and school nurses in Pearland ISD and Friendswood ISD to drop off a few goodie totes filled with snacks and treats as a small thank you for everything they do. 💙

Nurses care of their communities with compassion, strength, and heart, especially the dedicated school nurses who are often the very first line of care for our children. From scraped knees and stomach aches to emergencies and emotional support, school nurses do far more than most people ever see.

Nurses are the calm in moments of panic, the comfort during uncertainty, and the reason so many patients feel safe when they need help most.

At Texas Emergency Care Center, we are deeply grateful for every nurse who shows up each day ready to serve, heal, educate, and advocate for others. Your dedication changes lives every single day in hospitals, emergency rooms, clinics, and schools alike.

Last week, we had the privilege of conducting a CPR training at CJ Harris Elementary for the incredible teachers and staff of Pearland ISD ❤️

The energy in the room was amazing with educators eager to learn, practice, and step up in moments that truly matter.

Because knowing CPR isn’t just a skill; it’s the power to save a life.

When our teachers are prepared, our children are safer. And that’s what community care is all about.

A special thanks to Principal LaShonda and Nurse Diana for inviting us to share this knowledge and to our long-standing partner, City Ambulance Service, for always showing up alongside us and helping educate our community. We couldn’t do this without you. 👏

We were honored to serve as a playground sponsor at Mayor Cole’s 5th Annual Benefit Golf Tournament, supporting the incredible work of the Forever Parks Foundation of Pearland and the Inclusive Playground Project Initiative. 🌳

During National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we had the pleasure of delivering lunch to the incredible dispatchers at City Ambulance Service as a small token of our appreciation.

Behind every call is a calm, steady voice coordinating care, guiding emergencies, and making sure help arrives exactly when it’s needed. Their impact is felt in every response and we’re proud to support the dispatchers who play such a vital role in our community.

We’re especially grateful for the long-standing partnership we share with City Ambulance Service. Working alongside such a dedicated team allows us to continue providing the highest level of emergency care to those who need it most.
