This group is doing a great job treating their body as a temple. This D-FIT crew averaged 7.8 hours of working out in July. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Great job !
Two workouts a week should be bare minimum. 3-4x/week is recommended. How many hours did you workout in July - strength & cardio? Did you clean your car or house in July? Mow your yard? If so and you’re not cleaning/taking-care-of your body, it’s time to re-prioritize your health to the top. You have to do the work for your health, someone else can’t do it for you.
