KelseyCare Advantage is a Medicare Advantage plan that provides the health and prescription drug coverage you need. KelseyCare Advantage is offered through a contract with the federal government to provide all of the health care coverage you're entitled to under Medicare, and more. KelseyCare Advantage is offered in the counties of Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery and portions of Galveston and is affiliated with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a group of doctors based right here in Houston.
