It’s about love in all forms — especially the love you give yourself.
At All Things Maternal Physical Therapy, we believe self-care isn’t selfish. It’s foundational. 🌿
Here are a few gentle ways to care for yourself today:
✨First, close your eyes and take some deep breaths
✨Do at least 1 movement that feels good for ✨YOU!
✨Bend at your spine, squat down low, or reach your hands over your head - do what feels nice!
✨Next, drink your water (yes, this is your reminder 😉)
✨Lastly, say something kind to your body — it’s carried you through so much!

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, healing, or simply navigating womanhood — your body deserves compassion.

As we begin 2026, it’s amazing to reflect on how just one persons idea could make such a huge impact. ✨💜

Some people may not know our back story, but it is rooted in seeing a need, being brave enough to dream, and making that dream become a reality (and being diligent enough to see it through).

As our clinic nears 2 years old, our hope is always to continue serving women in every capacity. Providing a safe space that recognizes the real struggles women face and helping them meet their goals and dreams.

Let’s continue to prioritize women’s health and let’s make 2026 the best year yet! 🎉
