At Premier Healthcare for Women, we recognize it is a privilege to be a part of your health care team, and we value your time with us. We have taken extra steps to make certain you are comfortable and welcomed from the moment you walk through our doors. Providing exceptional and caring services for every patient we assist. Healthcare services we provide include Surgery, Obstetrical and Gynecological care for women. Included in these services are High-Risk pregnancy and all other general care in this field. Dr. Middleton takes great pride in her field and does also assist women in building back a woman's confidence with vaginal rejuvenation including urinary incontinence with Viveve female treatments. This procedure can help with bladder incontinence problems along with helping build a woman's s*xiness in the bedroom. Assisting a woman with all her healthcare related problems is the ultimate goal for our office.

Dear trusted patient,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust and confidence you have placed in me to take care of your obstetric and gynecologic needs over the past 8 years. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing the closure of my private practice, Premier Healthcare for Women Pearland, effective December 31, 2023.

I feel honored, humbled, and privileged to have been a part of your lives, and I will carry a part of you along with me in the knowledge, skills, learning, and living that we have experienced together over this time.

I look forward to focusing on my own family, which many of you have seen grow over time.

I wish you continued health and happiness in the future.

S*x during pregnancy: What's OK, what's NOT

Patient: Are there times when s*x should be avoided?

Dr. Jaime Middleton, OBGYN: Breast stimulation, female or***ms and certain hormones in semen called prostaglandins can cause uterine contractions.

Your health care provider might recommend avoiding s*x if:
* You have unexplained vaginal bleeding
* You're leaking amniotic fluid
* Your cervix begins to open prematurely (cervical incompetence)
* Your placenta partly or completely covers your cervical opening (placenta previa)
* You have a history of preterm labor or premature birth

Patient: What are the best s*xual positions during pregnancy?

Dr. Jaime Middleton, OBGYN: As long as you're comfortable, most s*xual positions are OK during pregnancy. Oral s*x is also safe during pregnancy. As your pregnancy progresses, experiment to find what works best. Let your creativity take over, as long as you keep mutual pleasure and comfort in mind.
