Feeling so blessed after the Fall Equinox Peace Summit gathering!
I had the chance to connect with incredible souls once again and was deeply moved by the drum circle, healing ceremonies, and heartfelt conversations. This time was extra special because my daughter joined me for the very first time and she absolutely loved it! 💕

I look forward to many more moments like this, sharing these beautiful events with her and continuing to walk this path surrounded by such uplifting community. 🌙🔥🌿

A beautiful and peaceful weekend at The Wildflower for an end of summer gathering! Everything was magical from the vendors, experiences, sleeping under the stars, to paddle boarding. Just wow. I had the sweetest little girl join in my sound journey session, and it was such a special moment. My heart is so full from all the love and connection shared. I so look forward to the next event!

We gathered under the transformative energy of the Blood Moon Eclipse in Pisces. ✨

We opened sacred space by calling in the four elements for our healing circle. Through a powerful water ritual, we released what no longer serves us and invited in clarity, renewal, and flow.

Immersed in sound, we allowed the vibrations to carry us deeper into the heart of the eclipse’s energy. The Pisces Blood Moon amplified intuition, compassion, and spiritual awakening, urging us to dissolve illusions and embrace transformation. 🌌

This eclipse was a reminder that healing happens when we let go, open our hearts, and align with the natural rhythms of the universe. 💫

I had the honor of participating in the Redwood Learning Conference for a day filled with meaningful conversations, brilliant ideas, and passionate educators. Hearing from keynote speaker Dr. Lu Young was a highlight; her words about leading with joy and navigating the challenges of teaching in today’s world resonated deeply.

I’m especially grateful to have closed the day by sharing something that has transformed my own life: mindfulness. Hosting the final session Mindfulness for teachers a guided meditation and sound journey, was such a powerful reminder of why I do this work. Mindfulness has grounded me through the most difficult seasons of my life, and sharing it with others, especially fellow educators, is one of my greatest purposes.

Bringing mindfulness into the classroom isn’t just about helping kids feel calm it’s about creating space for connection, regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. I’m so excited to continue supporting this work in our school and beyond. 💛
