Hey friends! I’m going offline for a bit. You can always book services and treatments through the link in my bio, but if you message me here I won’t see it. If you want to interact I like to wild out yapping about all my political opinions and my dogs and my garden over in and I can’t delete my other meta accounts and still keep that one 🤷‍♀️ If you’re feeling overwhelmed in the current environment I recommend a digital fast! Yesterday I spent time in nature with my hands in the dirt and felt great and the minute I opened up my phone / watched the news I felt sh*tty, so don’t be like me 😂 be a Luddite!

Stefanie is a licensed acupuncturist and graduate of Pacific College. Whooooo boy! Folks who were booked with me yesterday already know that I twisted the wrong way yesterday morning and put my SI (sacroiliac) joint, well, out of joint! 🦴🩻 I’m recuperating at home and will likely be back to normal next week. In the meantime please remember to vote for us in (link in bio!) and check out this simple back pain protocol: 3 simple tiny needles in one hand. I felt immediate relief of some tension and symptoms when I placed these (and long time patients know I HATE needling myself!) This was one of those times — otherwise I trust Jenny with the sticking 🤣📌 Take care of yourselves and I’ll see you ASAP! Oh, and when someone tells you to engage your core, LISTEN 👂🙉
