So - I’ve been in a funk lately bogged down by actions outside of myself - forgetting that I cannot control others or outside forces or can I! Through mishap I was allowed a special bit of extra alone time to pull a card from my favorite Druid Animal Deck. And there you go - the Blackbird (one of the most intelligent birds) beckoning me to step out of the material into the spiritual. That’s what I have desired, needed, wanted, craved in my confused and bizarre dreams - wondering why my spirit has been heavy - ENOUGH - enough already. Take 5 minutes alone to reflect on the internal why? I believe you will, like myself, feel naturally redirected into a more powerful and effective and authentic human being. Thank you Blackbird. Come on into the shop for a reading/bodywork/soul adventure. Know your body/mind. How about a tune-up?

So much going on in and outside of the studio! Currently dealing with the remains of a very old maple tree that unfortunately had to come down. So sad. Stay cool and hydrated and we will be back in the shop tomorrow same time, and same place with big smiles on our face. Steve will be in the massage room today - sharing his magic.
