Starting this week! Let’s Rise-n-Shine together!🌞 This groovy morning Yoga flow is just what you need to start your day. Settle in with a breath and body awareness practice. 10 minutes of simple stretches to wake up muscles and joints for what’s to come next. Then we really begin to warm things up with breath initiated movement. Here you feel more circulation, and the mind starts to shift. Breath and movement are one in the same. Your confidence builds as your body remembers and repeats the flow. The pace here is nice and consistent. Challenge yourself while we integrate strength within stillness. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths. Cooldown and leave with a pep in your step and a smile in your heart!💛
