I woke up this morning, and it appears I have aged to 40 years overnight.

I hear it all the time. "I can't squat. It hurts my knees." Just grab onto something and go down as far as you can without sharp pain. It can be TRX bands like I'm using here or a kitchen counter. You'll be fine if it's a feel good type of pain. That's just weakness leaving your body.

The song is called Still Standing. I thought that was a good name choice. I can't tell you if it's any good though. That's just what Facebook gave me as an option.

Just keep standing though. And squatting.
