โœ… Short-foot drills โ€“ gently pull the ball of your foot toward your heel to โ€œshortenโ€ your foot without curling your toes

โœ… Balance work โ€“ try standing on one leg
โœ… Supportive shoes โ€“ give your feet a strong base
