Five Star Diagnostics is growing again! We are currently seeking a Mental Health Professional with the designation of NP, or MD to expand our mental health offerings to our clients in SC. The provider will perform mental health assessments, provide counseling session for 45 mins- 1 hour, and manage medications. Most of the assessments and counseling sessions will be telehealth visits, however the provider will need to be available for at least 2 days a week for office visits.
The candidate MUST be licensed and in good standing in SC, able to complete mental health assessments and care plans. Uncapped earning potential. Flexible Monday – Friday schedule. The candidate MUST possess a range of skills to include but are not limited to excellent communication skills and above average computer skills. The candidate MUST understand and abide by all HIPPA regulations. Daily job duties consist of but are not limited to the following:
• Complete and Submit Patient Consent Forms
• Complete all patient assessments and EHR Notes
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, quality care and professionalism
• Ensure Administrative Documentation is completed per company guidelines
