Due to popular demand and many requests to offer it again, we’re excited to bring back our “After the Narcissist: Recovery & Resilience Skills” group.

This 8-week online support group is designed to help individuals rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and move forward with greater clarity after experiencing abusive relationships.

Participants will receive a recovery workbook that supports the material covered in the group. The workbook is included in the cost of the group and will be mailed to participants once their registration and payment are completed.

Because this group received such a positive response previously, priority registration will first be offered to individuals who joined our waitlist. A small number of additional spots may be available for others who would like to participate.

Registration will be filled in the order requests are received, and prepayment is required to reserve a spot due to the limited group size.

Healing isn’t always obvious.

Sometimes healing looks like setting boundaries that feel uncomfortable.

Sometimes it looks like choosing rest instead of pushing yourself.

Sometimes it looks like noticing patterns that once felt normal and deciding you deserve something healthier.

Growth doesn’t always feel peaceful while it’s happening.

But learning to say no, protecting your energy, and choosing healthier relationships are powerful signs that change is happening beneath the surface.

If you recognize yourself in any of these, you’re not alone and you’re further along in your healing journey than you may realize.
